Das Burger—$18.00 Our seared Angus burger comes with a tangy tomato pepper chutney, melted white cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, those sweet cherry peppers, and a few strips of crispy bacon. We serve it on a black bun with a side of fries.

The "Blood" Orange Chicken Sandwich—$17.00 Marinated chicken breast, flash-fried to perfection, and tossed in our blood orange sauce. We add some crunchy pickles and a side of that familiar slaw to a black bun. Fries come on the side.

Our Favorite Vegan Stuffed Cabbage—$17.00 Impossible stuffed cabbage rolls are served in a rich bell pepper tomato sauce with a side of beet bucatini.

Carved Stake Steak—$24.00 Our carved strip steak comes with a side of charred green onion mashed potatoes, roasted baby carrots, acorn squash, and crispy maitake mushrooms. We serve it with a side of that rich, bloody jus.

Darkmoor Black Wings—$16.00 We toss our Darkmoor spicy chili-dusted fried wings in smoked cheddar, charred scallions, and a pimento cornbread crumb. Serve those with a side of familiar slaw and our soy chili garlic sauce.

Crimson Glazed Pork—$20.00 Char siu-style roasted pork belly comes with a side of bloody roast pork dipping sauce, charred green onion mashed potatoes, roasted baby carrots, acorn squash, and crispy maitake mushrooms.

Forager Salad—$16.00 Crisp maitake mushrooms, roasted acorn squash, red beets, blue cheese, arugula, and bibb lettuce are tossed in a blueberry pomegranate dressing. We add a grilled chicken stake to that.

As you take a seat, you're surrounded by the kind of rustic charm that makes you feel like you're part of the crew. My Only Weakness — where do we even start? Hayman's London Dry Gin, Aperol Aperitivo, Bols Cherry Brandy, lemon juice, simple syrup, Angostura Aromatic Bitters, Angostura Orange Bitters, and a splash of soda water. That's what we call a weakness.

Pure of Heart — is just as intriguing. Misguided Spirits Hinky Dink's Workingman's Whiskey, The Bitter Truth Violet Liqueur, DeKuyper Creme de Cassis, lime juice, pineapple juice, honey syrup, and a touch of blackberry essence.
